An operator recently contacted ACT American Coil Tubing to help them bring their wells back onto production. They had purchased the inland-water assets from another operator, but all four wells were shut in because sand was blocking the perforations.

In less than 10 hours for each well, the ACT team used their small-diameter coil tubing equipment to remove the sand and bring three wells back to production. The fourth well was cleared and was ready for a workover rig.

Because ACT used a crane-mounted CT unit and a combo (fluid & nitrogen) pump, they were able to provide a highly efficient job with a small footprint.

The job was 100% successful and the client was happy with the service.
